The
faculty of Emmanuel School of Religion is a blending of
generations, cultures, and scholastic disciplines, united in a
common purpose — to prepare a ministry of excellence for the
church. Each faculty member is a person of academic attainment and
spiritual commitment. In unique fashion each combines knowledge,
experience, and the ability to communicate the exciting concepts
of biblical Christianity.
The members of our
faculty have earned doctoral degrees from Boston University,
Christian Theological Seminary, Eberhard-Karls-Universität
Tübingen, Harvard University, Indiana University, Johns Hopkins
University, Princeton
Theological Seminary, Union Theological Seminary in Virginia,
University of Illinois, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska,
University of Notre Dame, University of Toronto, Texas Woman’s
University, and Yale University. But
they are not only competent scholars, they are also respected
preachers within the fellowship of the Christian Churches. Several
have held long ministries with strong congregations. Some have
served notably as teachers and administrators, and still others
have ministered as missionaries. Several
have written books of distinction, and many regularly publish
articles in scholarly journals.
We invite you to
visit each faculty member’s web page and learn more about them.
