Requesting a Transcript

Graduates and former students of Emmanuel School of Religion may request academic transcripts be sent to other institutions.

The first transcript you request is free. Subsequent transcripts are $5 each.

Send a letter to the Dean’s Office at Emmanuel School of Religion, One Walker Drive, Johnson City TN 37601, containing the following information:

Student’s name
Current mailing address
Current phone number
Email address
Names and addresses of the institutions where you would like the transcripts sent
Check made payable to Emmanuel School of Religion in the amount of $5 multiplied by the number of transcripts being requested

You may submit a request by fax or phone followed up with a letter. We are required by law to have a signed request for the transcript
in our files.

Note: Your Emmanuel student account must be paid in full for a transcript to be released.
